Trees, adjacent buildings or plant equipment can reduce generation significantly. Heavy shading can cut output by 35%.

Energy usage profile

Solar only saves money when you're using the power it generates. A daytime business captures ~80% of output; evening-only use drops to ~45%. This is the single biggest variable in your saving figure.

Energy unit rate (£/kWh) — optional Your actual rate from a recent bill gives a much more accurate saving figure. UK commercial rates currently range from 22p–35p/kWh. Leaving this blank uses the 28p default.
